Lenny & Mio Acro Salsa & Zouk Tour 2008

After receiving a standing ovation for their spectacular Acrobatic Salsa Routine at Sydney Salsa Congress in January , Lenny & Mio are invited to perform and conduct workshops in many cities around Australia in 2008!

"LENNY originally from Santiago, Chile & MIO from Hiroshima, Japan. Together they are the Directors of Vida Latina in Brisbane, Australia. In the past year they have toured from Sydney to Darwin to Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima - Lenny and Mio are "flying" everywhere with their stunning acrobatic salsa routines. They specialise in all the Latin dances, from acrobatic salsa to bachata, brazilian samba, Zouk and more. New Zealand was definitely one of the most memorable trip that we have done this year!

Event was organised by Giancarlo & Masha - They are one of the BEST salsa dancers in NZ. They are not just amazing dancers, but such professional Event Organisers. Their graphic design, and videography skills were just extraordinary...!

AND! The venue for Party & Show was just FANTASTIC!!! It used to be a TV Studio before turning in to funky event fuction center, It was great! We have performed our Acro-Salsa & Zouk Routines, and many of very talented NZ dancers also performed at the party! Lots of people came to watch the show, It was a big success!

Our Workshops on the following day was also a blast! Over 20 people for each workshops we conducted! Thanks everyone who attended our workshops, Can't wait till see you again... Thank you NZ...!

After the amazing experience in Darwin in June, we have decided to go back to Darwin! "VIVA LATIN!" was an event organised by 3 dance companies - Brisbane's Vida Latina, Brazilian Dance Soul and Darwin's Salsita dance school.

This event was also a cerebration for "10th year cerebration of Salsita Dance School" in Darwin!

It was a huge success with over 100 guests at the party & show at Monsoons, one of the best night clubs in Darwin. We performed Salsa & Acrobatic Zouk Shows, and Samba No Pe as a joint peice between Vida Latina & Brazilian Soul Dance.

Workshops conducted at this event were - Salsa Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Lifts & Tricks, Zouk, Gafieira and Bolero.
